Strategic Planning covers:

Developing individual digital strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Developing a practical framework for tactics: including content pipeline planning and developing, social media activity - aligned with objectives.

Accountability and Ongoing support:

There will be regular check-ins and professional support throughout the 90 Day Program - trouble shooting and generally keeping activities and actions on track.

The standard 90 Day program includes a one day on-site fact find and training session, monthly review meetings for month 2 and month 3. Planning bi-weekly calls with individuals/teams to check progress and trouble-shoot. Access to ongoing support.

Section 3:

Implementation and Accountability. 

Ongoing review of implementation and accountability sessions.
Bi-weekly coaching / support calls.

About Michelle Carvill

Michelle Carvill has had a career in strategic marketing for 27 years.

Michelle’s current mission is two-fold; 1) Educating leaders, leadership teams and game changers (whether technophobes or techsavvy) about the digital and social landscape and the competitive advantage social media and digital transformation can bring and 2) Equipping leaders and game changers with enough strategic insight and practical tactics so that they can build effective digital footprints both personally and for their organisations becoming competent ‘connected communicators’.

For over 10 years Michelle has championed social media, educating, implementing, managing, coaching and consulting literally thousands of people across a range of organisations, including the BBC, PWC, LinkedIn, ACC, Air Products, Norbord Europe, Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, Oxford Farming Conference, PR Week, ICAEW, CIM, and IDM to name a few.
