The article is really about risk taking - and how far some people are prepared to go. I'm totally with you when you say 'If you take a risk and fall flat on your face trying, at least you are moving forward' - that's right. I'd like to see more people encouraged to try without organisations worrying about the failure. Failure is how we learn - innovation is all about the 'trying' - it may indeed fail - but hey, it may work! If we don't try we'll never know. You have to understand that Jesus did not fail. He was destined to die in order to redeem our souls. Which I believe He did.
